Kate Carlin, LMFT

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #99789 & Clinical Supervisor (she/they)

Inviting the body/nervous system into the therapeutic process offers us such rich information about what is happening for us emotionally, in any given moment. I find that somatic work deepens one's ability to process experiences & provides an ever-present tool for self-care & stress management.

I work with a diverse clientele including artists & creatives, folks in tech & business, and those in professional caregiving roles, including psychotherapists. I have a great deal of experience working with the children and partners of those who exhibit traits of narcissism & borderline personality disorder. As well, I love working with LGBTQIA2SP+ folks, and empowering our wonderful community.

Allison Mills, AMFT

Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist #132901 (she/they)
Supervised by Kathleen Carlin, LMFT #99789

I enjoy working with individuals and couples from all walks of life, including many who express themselves creatively through art, dance, music and acting. I specialize in working affirmatively and sex-positively with LGBTQIA+ people exploring their sexuality, gender, and relationship-expansive (kink, poly, CNM) intersectional identities. I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ people navigating parenthood, with a special interest in supporting non-gestational/non-biological and trans/non-binary parents.

My relational psychodynamic approach integrates feminist, narrative, and somatic therapies. I hope to support you in your journey and invite you to reach out to see if you would like to work together.
